Yes indeed. To myself, it's a fact that one makes their own life. I mean that the kind and quality of life you want is something of your own making. True as well is that life in some parts of the world has become difficult to bear. However, I can look at myself and see an example of a person who can survive amid all the chaos and frustration that pervades the world. So, what do I do to keep such a positive attitude to life? Recently I noticed that I read almost nothing of newspapers, even my favourite columnist, Fahmi Howeidy. I'm not very much into politics. When it comes to fruitless but heated discussions of politics or football, I prefer to stay in a corner or look ignorant than getting engaged on the expense of my mental well-being.
